Marie-Ophélie Gindrat is a violinist in the chamber music collective "Valéik" and has been principal second violinist of the "Valéik Philarmonik" since 2020.
Giving back to classical music its popular meaning, by taking it out of the usual concert halls, is the first vocation of Valéik.
Since 2016, the ensemble has been performing in the Valais region, between Monthey and Sion, but also internationally, in France and Canada. Since 2017, it has also dedicated part of its organisation to the co-production of concerts with other ensembles such as the ensemble Contrechamps, the Nouvel Ensemble Contemporain or the ensemble Vide.
Each artist member of the ensemble participates in the elaboration of the season, bringing his or her energy and vision.
